职位描述

工作职责:

1. Define the Supply Chain strategy,Optimize and Provide leadership to the Supply Chain teams to meet Vein-to-Vein reequipments. Set the vision and strategy for Demand Planning, Purchasing and Inventory Control to support company growth strategies;

2. Define and ensure team delivery including cost control, risk mitigation, quality improvement, optimize processes to shorten lead times, and reduce inventories;

3. Set up overall direction for SCM collaboration with Finance, Manufacturing Planning  process and drive KPI to ensure material planning matches demand for manufacturing.;

4. Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Production, or Quality Assurance to introduce products on time, on budget, and in stock;

5. Provide leadership to the team and ensure that the team has the talent, resources, and readiness to meet short and long-term organizational goals as well as ensure maximum productivity and performance. Create structure, hire/train staff, develop personnel, give direction, integrate/leverage capabilities, and hold team members accountable;

6. Continuously develop/enhance supply chain productivity and operational processes. Implement industry best practices for forecasting, sourcing,riskmitigation, inventory, and vendor management;

7. Develop supply chain effectiveness and report regularly on supply chain performance, utilizing the metrics.

任职要求:

SKILLS:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, economics, business administration, statistics, or manufacturing. 

2. A minimum of Ten years’ experience in purchasing, logistics, warehouse management or enterprise resource planning. 

3. A minimum of five years’ experience managing all levels of employees in a high energy, multi-location, fast moving environment

4. Strong understanding of budgeting/expense management including financial and accounting 

5. Strong planning skills and project management skills.

6. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy 

7. Strategic planning and thinking, systems analysis and evaluation 

8. Relationship management skills and active listening. Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and internal employees

9. Good Complex problem-solving skills and Interpersonal skills

10. In-depth knowledge of various IT systems.

11. In-depth understanding of risk management within the supply chain of the company.

PREFERRED EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE :

1. Master’s degree in supply chain management, economics, business administration, statistics, or manufacturing 

2. Previous MNC working experience in management level.

3. Previous GMP working environment experiences and import/export experience.

4. Previous experience in GMP warehouse design, planning, or initiation.

5. Experience in cell therapy/biologics manufacturing environment.
